DEJourney promotes young talents

Young talents on tour - the third DEJourney of the Crédit Agricole Group Germany has been taking place since July 2023. A total of 18 participants from Amundi, Crédit Agricole CIB, CACEIS, Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring Germany and Creditplus Bank are taking part in four training blocks in Frankfurt, Stuttgart and Munich.

Each training block has a different focus: Personal Talent Development, Leadership Aspiration, New Ways of Working and Effective Communication. Participants also gain a deeper insight into the various units of the Crédit Agricole Group Germany during visits to the companies.

The third module of the DEJourney took place in Munich from February 21 to 23, 2024. The training on "New Ways of Working" was held there. In addition to the training, the participants had the opportunity to learn more about the Amundi and CACEIS units. "Investing in our own young talent is an important factor for the long-term success of our company," says Christian Pellis, CEO of Amundi, emphasizing the importance of the support program for young talents.
