Acquisition completed: CACEIS now operates as a 100% subsidiary of Crédit Agricole

Crédit Agricole has completed the acquisition of Santander’s 30.5% stake in CACEIS, announced in December 2024.

The asset servicing provider now operates as a 100% subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole Group, which thus continues its development in an important strategic area.
