Amir Djourabtchi becomes new CEO of Creditplus Bank AG

Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance announces the appointment of Amir Djourabtchi as the new CEO of Creditplus Bank. His appointment is subject to the approval of the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). 

Amir Djourabtchi is an experienced bank manager with international experience and has worked for the Crédit Agricole Group for many years. He succeeds Belgin Rudack. Amir Djourabtchi began his career in 1982 in the Consolidation Department of Renault. Three years later, he took over its management. He then moved to RCI Banque in Italy as Chief Financial Officer and held various management positions in Hungary, Argentina (Chief Executive Officer), France (Group Management Control Director) and Brazil (Chief Executive Officer). In 2007, Amir Djourabtchi moved to Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance as Director of Subsidiaries and Participations.

In 2015, he was appointed CEO of Credibom, the subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance in Portugal. Three years later, he took over the management of GAC-Sofinco in China. In 2021, he became Deputy Head of International Automotive Partners of Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance. In December 2021, Amir Djourabtchi became Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Creditplus Bank and is therefore very familiar with the business and the German market.
