According Business France's eligibility conditions, the Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) is an assignment in a French company operating overseas for professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Economic Area nationals (EU + Norway, Iceland und Liechtenstein).

The team and missions: 

Part of the Banking Services & Operations department, the Transaction Management team is responsible for the efficient and accurate execution of securities transactions.

Our clients include investment companies, asset managers, and institutional investors. We ensure timely processing of trades, reconciliations, and reporting, maintaining service quality through detailed transaction monitoring and proactive issue resolution. We act as the primary point of contact for transaction-related inquiries and escalations, coordinating with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies. We are also tasked with maintaining comprehensive transaction records and contributing to process improvements that support the strategic growth of our client relationships.

From enrichment and adaptation of customer transactions to continuous process improvements and the assumption of special tasks to support the team leader and the experts in the team.


In this context, your main missions will be: 

 

  • Support in day-to-day business to ensure smooth processing of customer transactions;
  • Independent development and implementation of solutions for process optimization and quality management;
  • Participation in tests and preparation of integration tests as well as the definition of test cases;
  • Analysis and troubleshooting of complex billing-specific problems;
  • Contact person for customers and colleagues from process-related units;
  • Support of the team leader and experts in the team;
  • Creation and compliance with service level agreements and business controls.
