Summary

Responding to Requests For Proposals (RFP) and For Information (RFI) promoting Amundi existing suitable product(s), or proposing a bespoke investment solution responding to the risk/return objectives and guidelines. In both cases, it implies describing the proposed strategy and its specific features, investment process and philosophy, historical performance, management team, risk mitigation process, trading, competitive advantages in different market cycles etc. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the company’s resources in order to respond to RFPs. This involves to follow the RFP process by defining internal deadlines, identifying the sources of information and highlighting the most important aspects of the proposal in order to convey high quality answers
  • Work in close relationship with a large panel of stakeholders within Amundi  (senior sales directors, senior portfolio managers, product specialists, etc.) in order to gather all relevant contributions and formulate, in a clear manner, adequate investment solutions
  • Structure our company’s answers to RFPs by applying a marketing approach aimed at promoting Amundi competitive advantages
  • Prepare sales representatives and portfolio managers for the delivery of high quality pitches: competitive analysis, rehearsals, pitch book preparation, Q&A sessions
  • Ensure feedback is received after completion of the RFP and participate in the action plans that would help us improve our offer and processes
  • Update standard RFP wordings and tools and contribute to the team’s transversal projects
  • Write the building blocks of a content management database based on interviews, procedures and marketing presentations (company, research, investment teams, investment process etc).

Academic qualification / Speciality Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc / PhD/Doctorate or equivalent

Experience 3-5 years

Required skills Strong understanding of the Asset Management environment across institutional and retail channels with good knowledge of financial markets globally Full professional proficiency in French and English. Supplemental language skills in another language Italian German are a plus.
