Summary

You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Germany as Technical Business Analyst

 

Your concrete missions will be the following

 

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
  • Support the creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user guides, and FAQs

  • Collaborate with IT and business teams across Europe and Asia

  • Contribute to data analysis and reporting to support decision-making

  • Improve and maintain regulatory reports in collaboration with business and compliance teams

  • Participate in testing and help ensure quality standards are met

  • Support project coordination tasks, including tracking deliverables and timelines

  • Participate in the evaluation and pilot implementation of AI tools

  • Learn about IT infrastructure and systems in a hands-on setting

 

To be eligible for a VIE:

- Be less than 28 years old

- Be graduated of Master Degree

- Be EU citizen

Required skills Hard Skills: • Basic knowledge of SQL or data tools is a plus; • Interest in IT systems or infrastructure (e.g., networks, directories); • Familiarity with scripting, reporting tools, or AI technologies is a bonus. Soft Skills: • A strong interest in technology, data, and financial services; • Good communication and teamwork skills; • Analytical thinking and attention to detail; • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.

Technical skills required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Languages Fluent English, French and German are a plus
