Summary

As User Management Officer you are responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Identity & Access Management framework across the organization. Working in close collaboration with our international User Management team, you will design and manage process-oriented access solutions to support the Bank’s global operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage user accounts, roles and permissions across various systems and applications
  • Ensure timely and secure onboarding and offboarding of users, including access provisioning and de-provisioning
  • Taking care of the continuous further development of the necessary processes, specifications and guidelines
  • Implementing new solutions in coordination with IT, compliance and business stakeholders
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing relevant access reports and documentation
  • Act as the first and main point of contact for business units, providing guidance on access best practices and tailored solutions

Experience 3-5 years

  • Education in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent

Technical skills required Fundamental knowledge in IT frameworks, e.g. ITIL, Prince2, CoBit, Scrum
