Summary
  • Responsible for the operational risk permanent controls, risk assessment and outsourcing management from risk perspective.
  • Performance of regular and “ad-hoc” operational risk reporting´s including preparation and presentation in the relevant local and group committees and to clients.
  • Transversal working with local and group stakeholders for regular operational risk processes.
  • Act as local contact for outsourcing risk topics at entity level and with Group.
  • Act as local contact for permanent control tool and further implement enhancements of the tools used in operational risk management.
  • Substitution colleagues of the team thereby ensuring daily business and the achievement of the overall mission.

Candidate criteria


Minimal education level Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Experience 3-5 years

Required skills Curious, self-responsible and stringent working attitude, with pro-active communication and sound analytical skills, having a certain level of resilience in working with deadlines in strong collaboration with other entities and an agile environment. Ability to work transversal and present results in front of international audience.
  • Studies in finance, economics or business and / or several years of professional experience in banking operational areas

Technical skills required Advanced skills in Excel and interest in using and IT applications and their further development together with IT and Group

Languages - Fluent in German and English
