According Business France's eligibility conditions, the Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) is an assignment in a French company operating overseas for professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Iceland und Liechtenstein) nationals.

You are passionate about Learning & Development and want to be part of a dynamic HR team? CACEIS Bank S.A., Germany Branch is looking for a motivated and energetic Learning & Development Officer to join our team as a VIE.

In this role, you will dedicate 70% of your time on HR administration (training management, contract management, 1st level support during implementation of digital tools, reporting, etc.) and 30% on supporting various projects. This is an opportunity to gain extensive experience in a global organisation, develop your HR skills, and contribute to meaningful initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Business Partnering
    • Responsible for all activities and administration of the VIE program
    • Responsible for all activities and administration of the Danish internship program

 

  • Personnel Development & Learning
    • Supporting the team in planning, organizing and communicating learning offerings
    • Manage registration and administrative tasks of language courses and Group training programs
    • Collect feedback from training participants and trainers
    • Review and maintain documents and reporting tools

 

  • Procurement and Contract Management for Learning & Development
    • Prepare and manage all the contractual documents
    • Manage the operational activities related to procurement and invoicing

 

  • Learning & Development Projects
    • Implementation and development of the Groupwide MAGMA tool, which is used for career development
    • Contribute to the transformation of One HR in the entity while supporting projects as a project member
    • Contribute to CA cross entity network
