Summary

  • Du unterstützt das HR-Team im gesamten operativen Tagesgeschäft vom Ein- bis zum Austritt

  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für das Bewerbermanagement und Recruiting

  • Nach entsprechender Einarbeitung bist Du Ansprechpartner für unsere Werkstudenten und Praktikanten in personalwirtschaftlichen Themen

  • Du unterstützt beim HR-Reporting (monatlich sowie ad hoc)

  • Du unterstützt bei der vorbereitenden Gehaltsabrechnung

  • Beim Thema Personalentwicklung, insbesondere Weiterbildungsanmeldung und –administration greifst Du uns unter die Arme

  • Du wirkst bei Sonderthemen im Rahmen anfallender Personalprojekte mit
