Summary

 

The Global Investment Banking (GIB) division advises clients related to mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets transactions and specialized financing. GIB is offering a permanent employment as

 

 

 Investment Banking Associate / Vice President M&A (f/m/d)

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support execution of live transactions of mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets

  • Spearhead preparation of marketing documents and financial models

  • Support preparation of transaction documents including teaser, information memoranda and management presentation

  • Develop and lead on company analysis and advanced financial analysis

  • Lead preparation and organization of due diligence processes via virtual data rooms

  • Client interaction


Your profile & skills

 

  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant investment banking experience

  • Hold a qualifying academic degree in Finance with excellent academic background

  • Strong M&A execution experience with financial sponsors and corporates (deal sheet required)

  • Excellent analytical, modeling and communication skills

  • Dedication and ability to deliver high quality work under tight deadlines

  • Reliable, motivated and detail-oriented team player

  • Highly proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Fluency in English and German are required
