Summary

To support the Corporate and Leveraged Finance (CLF) team in day-to-day business and projects - for a period of at least 4 months, preferably longer - we are looking for an

 

Corporate and Acquisition Finance Intern (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Preparation and production of pitch books mainly for corporate clients in liaison with other business lines, with possibility to work on LBOs depending on business needs
  • Execution of financing transactions (due diligence, structuring, negotiations, termsheets and legal documentation, support to syndication/sales team for distribution…)
  • Analysis of companies’ business model, capital structure, financial policy
  •  Financial modelling, including cash flow analysis & financial projections
  • Due diligence, primary risk assessment, analysis of transactions, preparation of credit applications, analysis of returns using internal profitability tools

Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management or related fields


Languages Excellent language skills in English; German or any further languages would be a plus
