Being a part of the Commercial business area, the Client Service & Client Setup department supports clients in their day-to-day operational business. The main goal of the department is client satisfaction.

Client Service is the central point of contact for the clients on their inquiries regarding the operational delivery of a service. The team coordinates the client inquires with internal operational departments up to the solution finding. Further it strives to improve the operational service delivery supported by Service Review meetings with the clients.

The back office team Client Setup, which has no direct contact to clients, coordinates the client setup requests by converting them into technical requirements and preparing them for the implementation into the master data systems. Client requests may include, but are not limited to, opening/closure of cash and securities accounts and the setup of reporting.

The clients we serve are capital investment companies/KVGs, investors such as insurance companies, pension funds and foundations as well as asset managers and advisors.

Together with the colleagues from Client Management, Client Service & Client Setup supports the strategic development of the client relationship.

 

Your main missions will be:

  • Actively support the Client Setup team with the setup requests of clients
  • Preparation and commissioning of the creation and maintenance of client master data
  • Independent processing of client requests, e.g. account opening, account closure, setup of various reports
  • Independent analysis and cleanup of client master data as well as checking for completeness with the aim of meeting regulatory requirements
  • Participation in the planning and implementation of client onboarding and client migrations
  • Support in the further development of client master data systems (master data management and system structure)
  • Support in the coordination and further development of processes related to client master data, account opening, account closure, report
