• Manage & Control IT delivery services
• Handle 1st, 2nd & 3rd Level IT support and coordinate Helpdesk
• (Major-) Incident Management
• Incident Management process improvements and documentations
• Coordination and orchestrating of Business-, IT- and Provider Meetings
• Continuously improvements in Monitoring of Production and Non-Prod environment
• Strong alignment with Change Management and Development Teams
• Resp. for escalations and alignments about Incident,
• Assist in Problem & Root Cause Analysis
• Incident Management process improvements and documentations

• Education in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
Technical skills required • Fundamental knowledge in IT frameworks, e.g. ITIL, Prince2, CoBit, Scrum Nice 2 have:  • Knowledge on DB2 Mainframe Batch-process • Programming skills: o Scripting o JAVA o COBOL o Python
Languages Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
