The VIE contract in short:

According Business France's eligibility conditions, the Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) is an assignment in a French company operating overseas for professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Iceland und Liechtenstein) nationals. 

If you are already living and paying taxes in Germany, you are unfortunately not eligible to do a VIE in Germany.

PLEASE NOTE: your application must be submitted in English (CV + cover letter) to be considered by our non-French speaking teams.

 

Reporting to the Corporate Actions Manager, the selected candidate will assist the team in the accurate and timely processing of corporate actions across multiple asset classes and markets in order to meet client expectations whilst mitigating potential risks.

Contents of the jobs:

  • Analysis of corporate actions announcements
  • Producing and sending notifications to clients and collecting instructions
  • Monitoring of deadlines and schedules
  • Consolidation and forwarding of client instructions to securities depositories
  • Creation and verification of transaction settlements
  • Reconciliation of cash and securities accounts
  • Handling of inquiries and issues over the lifecycle of the corporate actions
  • Archiving of documents and transaction files

Your main missions will be:

  • Effective administration of the assigned corporate actions end-to-end
  • Comprehensive support of the team in their daily activities
  • Ensure compliancy to all policies and regulations
