  • Ensuring effective coordination and support to departments to guarantee a consistent implementation of the Permanent Control framework across the company and maintain the system in which controls‘ results are captured.
  • Assistance to operative teams to ensure fraud monitoring in compliance with related laws, regulations and internal policies.
  • Assessment of potential business impact (Business Impact Analysis), design, development and documentation of work area business continuity plans.

Erfahrung 3-5 Jahre
Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten Ideally 5 years of experience in operational risk and control management roles within banking/financial services or similar. Strong strategic, judgement and integrative skills, as well as good communication and influencing skills. Ability to work autonomously, to understand and perform data analysis and to prioritize according to business requirements. Be influential, possess high integrity and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines. Fluent in English and German, French is a plus.
