The mission:

For the Munich location we are looking for a VIE (M/F/D) in the area of Communications for corporate communications (internal employee communications & press communications) as well as for marketing communications with immediate effect.


Tasks:

  • Editorial work and journalistic work incl. research tasks;
  • Drafting texts for press relations (press releases, customer magazines, guest articles, etc.) in German and English;
  • Drafting texts for internal communication / employee communication (intranet, event communication, etc.) in German and English;
  • Formulation of sometimes complex contexts;
  • Editorial and content design of the intranet;
  • Support the process of making videos for both internal & external purposes (scripts, video-shooting, post-production, publication);
  • Support in the identification, conception and implementation of events for existing customers, potential new customers and employees;
  • Order management for goodies & give-aways;
  • Support in the maintenance of our intranet website;
  • Support in the maintenance of our infoscreens (internal communications information channel);
  • Participation in other projects within the marketing & communications team;
  • Coordination and communication of all relevant internal interfaces nationally and internationally;
  • General day-to-day business / mail processing / telephone / e-mail inboxes;
  • Handling business correspondence, answering internal inquiries via e-mail and telephone.

Experience 0-2 years

Required skills Interest in financial topics; Textual confidence and ability to present sometimes complex issues in a comprehensible and convincing manner, both verbally and in writing; High affinity for electronic media - initial experience with content management systems such as Typo3; Interest in contributing to and designing corporate videos; Open, communicative personality; Ability to work independently; Initiative, result orientation, organizational skills and quality orientation, ability to work in a team.

Master's Degree in communication science, journalism, English or German studies or business administration with a focus on marketing communication


Technical skills required Confident handling of standard Office programs

Languages Very good English skills (written and spoken), German language skills are a plus
